Why can’t I download Sound Scouts?

What type of device are you using?
Sound Scouts is available on tablets and mobile phones. It is not available on desktop computers.
Are you connected to the internet?
An internet connection is required to download apps from the App Store or Google Play.
Have you turned off parental controls?
Sound Scouts is rated 12+ on the App Store because of the adult input required during gameplay. If you have parental controls or app install restrictions enabled, you may need to disable them before downloading.
