My child finished the game. Why can’t I see the results?
What to do when results don’t appear after a completed Sound Scouts session.
Are you connected to the internet?
An internet connection is required to send data between your device and the Sound Scouts cloud. If the child completes a session while offline, the data is stored on the device. Once you are connected, go to Past Sessions, tap the child’s name, and the results will be processed and sent to your email (if an address was provided).
Are you using a school or organisation network?
Some school networks use a firewall or proxy server that blocks communication with Sound Scouts. Contact your IT department and ask them to allow access to the Sound Scouts server. Sound Scouts can provide the server IP address on request — contact us.
Are you using a private device on a school Wi-Fi network?
When connecting to a school’s Wi-Fi you may need to authenticate through the Department’s portal to access the full internet on a private device.
